Support the Kintsugi project while enjoying a traditional Japanese fragrance experience.

This package includes the following:

① Five carefully selected incense varieties

These premium incense sticks are from Shoyeido, a Kyoto-based incense maker with over 300 years of history. They are used in high-end restaurants (料亭/ryotei) and traditional inns (旅館/ryokan) across Japan, and are the same fragrances we burn daily at the Kintsugica atelier, allowing you to experience the very scent of our workshop.

Handcrafted wooden paper:

This elegant wrapping is made by skilled artisans who carefully carve each sheet from wood, originating from the forests of Iwate, Japan—the largest producer of urushi (lacquer), a key material used in Kintsugi.

Lapis lazuli incense holder:

The included incense holder is crafted from lapis lazuli, known as ruri (瑠璃) in Japan. Long ago, lapis lazuli was carefully transported to Japan via the ancient Silk Road, and it became a revered symbol of Yakushi Nyorai (薬師如来), the Buddha of healing and purification.

Kintsugi postcard set:

This set features Kintsugi artworks by Shuichi, one of the world’s leading Kintsugi masters. Each postcard is inscribed with timeless Japanese philosophical sayings, offering inspiration for life.

Name acknowledgment:

As a token of our gratitude for supporting Kintsugi: In Praise of Cultural Resilience, your name will be acknowledged on social media and our website.

With this unique set, you can enjoy a moment of tranquility and renewal, surrounded by the essence of centuries-old tradition. Each element of this collection has been carefully chosen to offer a special experience that combines the soothing effects of fragrance with the power of purification and healing.

The product is scheduled to be shipped in early November.
